ALSHAMEL Medical Group is seeking a strong and reliable Office Manager / Operations Manager to take full ownership of the daily operations of our Egypt office.
This role is ideal for a professional who can handle responsibility, manage people firmly, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth execution across departments. The position plays a critical role in supporting customer service, sales, marketing, and upcoming export operations.
- Oversee daily office operations and staff attendance
- Manage employee issues, discipline, and performance follow-ups
- Ensure tasks across all departments are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate between Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Logistics
- Act as the first escalation point for operational issues
- Support export and logistics coordination as the business grows
- Enforce company policies, deadlines, and performance standards
- Prepare clear daily and weekly operational reports
- 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administration
- Strong leadership personality with the ability to manage people under pressure
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong reporting and coordination skills
- Saturday to Thursday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday off
