Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at The Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh for a Reservation Agent. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for ensuring seamless booking experiences for guests by handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Additional tasks include updating and managing room availability, maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing guests’ inquiries or concerns. Coordination with other teams such as the front desk and operations is a key aspect of the role to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth processes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling Reservations
Excellent Customer Service abilities and a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Proficiency in Communication and Receptionist Duties
Familiarity with reservation software and hotel management systems is a plus.
