- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, translating ideas into functional and visually compelling designs.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and material selections.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project implementation and adherence to design specifications.
- Oversee the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with project goals.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met within established parameters.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth within the team.
