Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Executive for Talent Acquisition in a full-time, on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring talent to meet organizational needs. You will be responsible for aligning recruitment strategies with company goals, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to assess hiring requirements. Additional responsibilities include developing IT recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and onboard top talent Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities Experience in Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as a preferred employer Proven expertise in IT Recruitment, with the ability to source and evaluate technical talent Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in call center or customer support service recruitment is a plus
