Summary
Showroom Manager leads commercial activities, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Al Mansour Automotive commercial targets.
Tasks
Manage day-to-day operations of a medium-to-large showroom (frontend, backend, sales floor) to achieve operational and sales performance goals. Communicate the local action plan, link it to functional strategy and company mission, and motivate people to achieve business goals. Develop and implement a relationship management plan to build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in potential customer accounts. Build a personal network, represent the company at events, identify sales opportunities, and enhance brand reputation. Identify the products/services that best meet customer needs, propose configurations, explain recommendations, and close sales at standard terms. Collaborate internally and champion customer interests to build strong external customer relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; strong sales experience is an asset.
Experience
5 to 7 years of experience, including team coordination or people management responsibilities.
