Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing showroom staff, enhancing customer engagement, overseeing the display and functionality of showroom spaces, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and brand standards.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience Proven skills in Sales and achieving sales targets Experience in Showroom management and handling display setups Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Previous experience in a showroom or retail environment is an advantage
