Job Purpose

Job Description.

Data Analysis & Insights Generation:

  • Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop actionable insights that support sales, marketing, and product teams in decision-making. Use advanced analytics tools to track KPIs and assess business performance. rewards, discounts, and exclusive benefits.
  • Identify pain points in enterprise customer journeys and suggest improvements.
  • Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to align insights with business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
  • Work with data science teams to implement predictive analytics models for enterprise customer behavior.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track enterprise segment performance.
  • Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the enterprise segment and their specific communication needs Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Effective communication and presentation skills. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and statistical analysis software.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise telecom products and B2B customer behavior.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and apply predictive analytics.
