Job Purpose

Job Description.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights that support sales, marketing, and product teams in decision-making. Use advanced analytics tools to track KPIs and assess business performance. rewards, discounts, and exclusive benefits.
- Identify pain points in enterprise customer journeys and suggest improvements.
- Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to align insights with business objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
- Work with data science teams to implement predictive analytics models for enterprise customer behavior.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track enterprise segment performance.
- Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the enterprise segment and their specific communication needs Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Effective communication and presentation skills. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and statistical analysis software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise telecom products and B2B customer behavior.
- Ability to work with large datasets and apply predictive analytics.
