Title: VIP Customer Service
Location: Maadi technology park Cairo, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
-Proficiency in English (C1 Level) – spoken and written.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer service, Client relations, or a Similar role.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
-Manage and grow client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
-Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
-Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
-Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates.
-Identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling services.
