English Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Remote English Speaking Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls. We provide law firms leads so experience in that industry is a big plus. You will work remotely, providing support to customers while communicating with our USA-based team. Fluent English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in English
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with the team to resolve escalated issues
• Write clear and concise emails and messages

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Friendly and customer-focused
• Working remotely from home
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Reliable internet and home office setup
