Job Description:

• Answering Customer Calls

• Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way

• Providing customers with the organizations service and product information

• Following up complicated customer calls when required

• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM

Job Requirements:

• Graduates Only

• Very Good Command of English level

• Completed or Exempted from the military Service " if Male "

• Good Communication skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Good Negotiation skills
