We’re Hiring: Instructional Designer (Arabic–English)

We are looking for an Instructional Designer with strong experience in Arabic eLearning content development to support the creation of practical, operations-focused learning experiences.

This role is not about traditional course design.

It focuses on step-by-step operational guidance, tools, templates, and real on-the-job execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive Arabic learning content using Articulate Storyline 360
• Structure learning experiences around real operational workflows, not lectures
• Translate business processes into:
• Practical step-by-step modules
• Downloadable tools and templates
• Checklists and operational guidelines
• Develop content compatible with LMS platforms
• Ensure content is clear, practical, and usable for day-to-day operations
• Collaborate closely to refine content logic, flow, and learner experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience using Articulate Storyline 360
• Strong understanding of LMS & eLearning environments
• Experience designing Arabic instructional content
• Ability to convert complex processes into practical, usable learning assets
• Strong attention to structure, clarity, and user experience
• Experience with operational or professional training content is a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with corporate training or onboarding kits
• Familiarity with process-based or workflow-driven learning design
• Background in business, operations, or professional training domains
