Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials for academic, clinical, and professional training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), physicians, trainers, and academic leaders to translate complex content into effective learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design models (such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or adult learning principles) to create structured learning programs.
• Develop e-learning modules, blended learning solutions, assessments, and learning activities.
• Create Instructional Materials: Design and update instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and job aids, applying instructional design principles.
• Create storyboards, lesson plans, course outlines, and learning objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend continuous improvements.
• Ensure all learning content aligns with Saudi German Academy standards, accreditation requirements, and healthcare education best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality expectations.
