Job Summary: We are looking for a Network & Security Engineer to design, implement, and support the company's LAN/WAN infrastructure and security systems across head office, external sites, and factories. The role includes managing FortiGate firewall, network security monitoring and analysis, and ensuring high availability and secure connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks to ensure performance and security.
• Install, configure, and support network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
• Manage FortiGate (policies, NAT, routing, VPNs) and perform log analysis using FortiAnalyzer.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents to minimize downtime.
• Conduct network assessments, vulnerability checks, and security reviews to mitigate risks.
• Maintain network documentation (diagrams, configurations, change logs, procedures).
• Support and troubleshoot network-related issues for end users and IT teams.
• Assist in planning and executing network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.

Additional Scope (Plus):

• VoIP support and troubleshooting.
• Low current systems support (structured cabling, access control).
• CCTV / surveillance systems support.
