Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant in the Sales department, based in New Cairo. The role involves advising clients on property options, providing professional consultations, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and facilitating property sales transactions. Additionally, the role requires identifying new business opportunities through networking and market research to support the company’s growth.
Qualifications
Strong Consulting and Sales skills, with experience in identifying potential clients and closing deals Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships Good understanding of the Real Estate market and related processes Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field Proficiency in market research and a keen understanding of industry trends is a plus Knowledge of property valuation, deal negotiation, and holding solid networking skills is advantageous Experience in Real Estate consulting or sales is highly preferred
