Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome the customer in optimal conditions.
Direct visitors to the concerned person or office.
Contribute in customer satisfaction by being initiative, by ensuring that waiting conditions are pleasant and by managing appointments optimally for each sales person.
Increase customer satisfaction in order to build loyalty.
Act as the connection line between Sales persons and walk in customers.
Receive diverted calls from sales persons in case of absence or unavailability.
Follow up and contact CRM/C4C reservation tickets.
Follow up on No Show customer and report them to the sales team.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Order front office suapplies and keep inventory of stock.
Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
Very good command of English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
