· Manage all accounting transactions
· Prepare budget forecasts
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Ensure timely bank payments
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and Publish financial statements in time
· Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
· Comply with financial policies and regulations
· Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
· 1– 3 year of experience in the same position.
· Very good in speaking and writing English language.
· Excellent in Excel and good in Computer applications related to the work.
· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
· experience in sales accounting will be a huge plus
· previous experience in pharmaceutical or cosmecutical companies will be perferred.
