Responsibilities Supervise and manage architectural works on site to ensure execution complies with approved architectural drawings, design specifications, and project standards. Coordinate architectural activities with civil, structural, and MEP teams to ensure proper integration of all construction elements. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals before implementation to ensure compliance with the design intent. Monitor architectural work progress and ensure alignment with the overall project schedule. Inspect finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, façade works, ceilings, doors, windows, and other architectural elements. Ensure architectural works meet quality standards and aesthetic requirements specified in project documents. Identify and resolve architectural design or execution issues that arise during construction. Coordinate with consultants and design teams to clarify drawings, specifications, and technical details when required. Review and verify architectural material samples and mock-ups prior to approval and installation. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with approved details. Prepare and submit architectural inspection requests (IRs) for consultant approval. Monitor subcontractor performance related to architectural and finishing works. Ensure proper sequencing of finishing activities to avoid rework or delays. Identify non-conforming architectural works and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Support the Project Manager in planning finishing stages and coordinating handover activities. Maintain documentation related to architectural works, approvals, and inspections. Participate in site meetings and provide updates regarding architectural progress and issues. Ensure architectural works comply with safety regulations and site procedures. Assist in reviewing as-built drawings and final documentation related to architectural works. Support project close-out activities including final inspections and snag list resolution. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Experience6–10 years of experience in construction projects. Proven experience supervising architectural and finishing works in building construction projects. Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects is highly preferred. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishing works, and building materials. Ability to review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Knowledge of quality control procedures for architectural and finishing works. Familiarity with site coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Understanding of construction standards and architectural execution practices. Software Skills Auto CADMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Knowledge of Revit or BIM tools is preferred. Professional Competencies Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
