Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant to join our call center team. If you’re passionate about travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others plan their journeys — we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries. Use Amadeus GDS to book and modify flight reservations. Support customers with hotel bookings and related services. Resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and service quality standards.
Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in travel booking or call center roles. Proficiency in using Amadeus GDS is a must. Good knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus. Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
