Business Analyst Finance Officer
This is a full time position
The initial term of this contract will be 3 years
This position is open to nationals of Egypt
Employment with the EIB is subject to pre employment screening Appointment of a selected candidate is conditional on a successful completion of the EIB pre employment screening
Although mainly operating from the Regional Office where he she will reside the successful candidate should also be prepared to travel within the region and occasionally to headquarters in Luxembourg
Qualifications
Bachelors or preferably a Masters degree in Finance Economics or a business related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in structured and or project finance in international markets for a commercial bank investment bank or development finance institution
Working experience in an international organisation and knowledge of Public Private Partnerships would be a clear advantage
Excellent knowledge of international and local accounting principles and of financial analysis
Knowledge of the standard IT office tools Word Excel Power point
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic
Dynamic pro active individual with excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
