- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

- Proven 3 : 5 years of experience as Administrative Supervisor
- Industrial/FMCG experience is a MUST
- Cairo residence is a MUST
- Very good understanding of office management processes
- Experience with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
The net salary range for this position is :10,000 : 15,000 depending on the level of experience.
Job Description
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Representing the company in front of government agencies related to licenses or inspection and judicial authorities, supervising all licensing procedures, relations and administrative affairs with these authorities, and following up on external missions.
- Train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Managing the Security and Health and Safety Departments to provide a safety and secured work environment with all legal documents and permissions.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Develop and ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
