Job Description
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Verify allocate post and reconcile transactions
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Participate in handling inter-company cost allocations
- Perform month-end prepayments and accruals
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year-end close
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
- Assist in preparing the taxation reports
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup
- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested collected and compiled
- Handle all external parties such as social insurance authority banks and suppliers
Qualifications
- BSc in Accounting- Finance
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar position within a corporate organization
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of the accounting cycle principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and people skills
