JOB PURPOSE:
Handling cash collection and counting for all stations on LRTassisting revenue manager in monitoring and controlling the revenues for tickets
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Coordinate with the accountants as well as the revenue collection agents
Collect all the useful documents filled in by the Sales Agents
Establish daily files containing all the details of the days sale send these files before 1:00 PM to revenue manager
Archive all the documents ATIONSKNOWLEDGEcollected daily from all the TOM
Deal and manage any problems with the collected receiptswith the ability to root cause the problem and correct it after coordination with the Manager
Coordinate with the revenue manager in case of problem detection
Coordinate with collection agents and ensure the smooth transfer of the receipt to the bank and collect the deposit receipt from them
Other duties and responsibilities might be assigned
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree of commerce
KNOWLEDGE:
Reporting tools preparation/development
Fluent in Arabic and English
EXPERIENCE:
From 1 – 3 years of experience
