Senior OD Specialist HR Department
Requirements
Exp 4 5 years
Males only
HR Diploma is preferred
JD
1 Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis career paths annual performance
Appraisals and consultation with line managers
2Designing training programs and deliver training in line with the development strategy of the company
3 Organize training send invitations establish locations with the traveling company Delivering training programs to company employees on soft skills
4 Deploy a wide variety of training methods
5 Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
6 Maintain a keen understanding of training trends developments and best practices
7 Manage external training providers from the selection of the providers to the closure of the projects
8 Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys questionnaires interviews and by observation in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones
9 Conducts annual training and development needs assessment
10Develops training and development programs and objectives
11Plans organizes facilitates and orders supplies for employee
12 development and training events
13Conducts followup studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
14 Followup PMS Program
