Job Description
- Communicate with customers via phone, mail or personally on regular basis.
- Review and send out invoices.
- Follow up on the collection and allocation of payments.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments and delayed payments.
- Follow up LG status and monitor to receive them from the customers.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting, or any related field.
- Proven experience in Collections field.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
