Job description:
- Collects time sheet data and payroll information.
- Enters data into payroll and administrative databases.
- Calculates wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
- prepare and processing paychecks and cash deposits report for finance department.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Supervises the Payroll process.
- Audits on monthly payroll changes sheet.
- Revises on the accuracy payroll changes (e.g. Deductions, monthly variable,…etc)
- Audits on the monthly payroll reports
- Audits on the accuracy of new hires data included on ERP and HC sheet.
- Revises the monthly salary transfers
- Authorizes the salary transfers online.
- Resolves payroll related escalations
- Prepares monthly payroll analysis to the Management team.
- Handles Employees inquiries related to, Compensation & Benefits.
- Prepares required data for the finalization of the HR budget.
- Supervises the benefits functions for employees (HR Letters, Loan Requests, …etc)
Competencies and Professional Background:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
- Level of English: Excellent Level.
- Statutory and regulatory payroll knowledge
- Strong understanding of Labor Law.
- Familiarity with the processing of various complex payroll situations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with payroll software.
- High numerical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.
- Follow-up Skills & attention to detail.
- Strong leadership
