Job Description
• Generate accurate invoices for products or services rendered to clients or customers.
• Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• As needed, assist with other accounting projects

• Ensure invoices are correctly formatted, include all necessary details, and are dispatched promptly.
• Record incoming payments, including checks, bank transfers, and credit card transactions.
• Reconcile payments with invoices to verify accuracy.
• Follow up on overdue payments through email, phone calls, or letters.
• Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payments or invoices.
• Ensure accurate application of tax charges and exemptions on client invoices.
• Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
• As needed, assist with other accounting projects.
• React in a timely manner if the information is not accurate
• Measure KPIs and prepare reports.
Job Requirements
• At least Two year of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specially Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting ERP systems & software and Microsoft dynamics is a plus
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
