Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day functioning of trade operations and ensuring required support is provided .
- Handling client queries and ensure they are responded to the satisfaction of customers.
- Comply with all internal, external and Regulatory procedures.
- Ensuring seamless service delivery and support for relevant stakeholders to ensure there are no process failures.
- Perform the daily control activities of Trade operations covering all product offerings.
- Ensure all departmental process documents, flows, risk and control self-assessment are carried out.
- Support in the roll out of projects providing requirements, UAT testing, go live support to avoid any client impact.
- 1-2 years relevant years of experience.
- Demonstrated basic experience within Trade Finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
- Fair knowledge of Trade products, ICC rules & regulations, Swift messages
