Job Description: ▪ Organize, coordinate the company events as conferences, workshops, missions, campaigns..... ▪ Forecast and report the budget of different events. ▪ Work with and follow up on social media agencies on monthly or campaign social media content and spending ▪ Work with and follow up on advertising agencies on developing/printing branding and promotional material... ▪ Propose new promotion plans, ideas and initiatives and discuss them with the marketing head. ▪ Communicate with all the vendors aboard to propose/discuss any marketing activity.- Design & develop collateral materials, artworks, visuals...etc. ▪ Coordinate and follow up tasks with stakeholders in different departments and externally. ▪ Prepare market/customer surveys, analyze the data, communicate results and take actions based on them. ▪ Meet marketing departments objectives and KPIs.
