What about the role?
This position exists to perform preparing, recording, reconciling and analyzing general payments efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects
You will succeed because you have one or more from the following:
Excel intermediate and above (Functions and formulas, dashboard, Pivot table, Slicers, Pivot chart)
Advance in English
ERP Experience
Strong communications
Any additional accounting / Finance certifications will be a plus
We are looking for someone who…
Has good written and spoken English and/ or Arabic
Has strong communication skills.
Is a team player and able to work
Has a good interpersonal skills, is highly driven and self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Has knowledge/ experience of SAP is a plus.
Has knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point
Has strong analytical skills and familiar with reporting and data analysis
