Job Description
Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks.
Attending executive meetings and prepares minutes of meetings.
Maintain the executives agenda and assist in planning appointments
Maintain Databases and filing systems.
Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence
Maintain office procedures
Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives..
Job Requirements
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels and a good team player.
Excellent MS Office knowledge.
Very Organized person.
Good looking.
Bachelors degree required.
Flexible with working hours.
