Building and developing customer base by acquiring new accounts through sales activity to maximize revenue. Execute all sales cycle steps required to deliver the best customer experience possible while securing high ARPU and ARPA for Etisalat.
• Handling top revenue generators in the assigned segment.
• Introducing B2B products to existing base of customers.
• Responsible for mentoring newly recruited members of the sales team or representatives who are under-performing.
• Ensure 100% achievement of the assigned voice & data target on monthly basis.
• Engage in sales calls and visits to all customers to showcase (define) Etisalat Voice and Data products.
• Create Multiple Touch Points (Persons on different hierarchy levels) within the accounts to ensure full awareness of penetration effectiveness and competition activity.
• Provide the corporate sales manager with the daily, weekly and monthly reports to know how many visits , figures and target achieved.
• Build and maintain the quota pipeline and forecast on 30/60/90 days basis for the assigned territory and customer base.
• Identify potential accounts and build a prospect hit list on monthly basis.
• Implement all of the sales policies and procedures while doing business to improve work quality. • Apply Market sizing techniques for the territory in terms of competitors share to enhance our market share.
• Build an excellent relationship with the customers based on credibility, reliability and responsiveness to all requests in timely and professional manner.
• Exposure to all market trends and continuous shifts to reach elite awareness level of all related aspects to the assigned territory.
• University Degree.
• Excellent command of Arabic& English Language (Reading, Writing & Oral). .
• Excellent computer skills & mastering of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience.
• Area of experience: Sales (Recommended GSM Background).
