Job Description
Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets profit and loss statements and other reports
Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements on time
Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting or a relevant field
1 3 years experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with creating financial statements
min 1 year experience in using ERP System
Ability to learn and work with new software
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
Attention to detail and well organized
