Job Description
Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
Process balance sheet income statements and other financial statements in accordance with accounting and finance guidelines
Ensure financial data in database is updated promptly and accurately and that extracts can be made immediately available when needed by management on ad-hoc basis.
Able to remain organized while working with multiple clients and communicating findings is crucial.
Review, analyze and validate all accounts of financial statement and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve any unreconciled items / discrepancies for the clients.
Run sample audit to ensure documentation is in place.
Evaluate and update information and carry out validation of data for accuracy for the client.
Able to suggest ways to improve financial reporting processes.
