Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting, screening, headhunting, interviewing and placing candidates
- Reports directly to HR manager
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications in various portals
- Scheduling interviews and assisting in interview process
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits and conditions .
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2-5 years as an HR Recruiter
- Experience in the real estate Field preferred
- Very Good in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, representable, accommodation near new Cairo
