1. Contact users through phone calls, text messages, and other means, and add contact information for platform lost users.
Establish contact with lost users and maintain stickiness through
continuous interaction, including but not limited to voice
communication, daily chat, game interaction, and gaming.
3. Responsible for daily maintenance and tracking of lost users, guiding users to return to the platform and consume.
4. Efficiently implement service strategies and processes for user recall based on work requirements.
- Good at English Speaking.
- Must have CS experience.
- Must be familiar with the live-streaming industry.
- Females are preferred.
