Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
Transfer data (questions and quizzes) from source documents (Soft and hard copy formats) into computer files and company website using keyboards or optical scanners
Verify data by comparing it to source files and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Ensuring compliance with deadlines and website time table by follow up with the operation team
Sort and organize source documents in the proper way and maintain a strong filling system
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Additional duties as required within the limits of the position.
