Job Description
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competition. This includes analyzing the real estate and citizenship by investment market, understanding buyer preferences, and identifying potential leads.
Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for each property or development project or Citizenship by investment program. This may involve determining the appropriate channels, platforms, and media to reach the target audience effectively.
Online Marketing: Utilize digital marketing techniques to create an online presence for the properties and citizenship by investment programs.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to capture potential buyer or renter information. This may involve creating landing pages, offering virtual tours or downloadable resources, and utilizing contact forms or live chat options on websites.
Analyzing Performance: Track and analyze marketing campaigns, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, leads generated, conversions, and overall return on investment (ROI). Use this data to optimize marketing strategies and improve results.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing.
Proven work Experience with Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snap Chat, Instagram and linked in) and SEM.
Strong verbal and communications skills
Real-estate experience
Strong knowledge with excel, ability to analyze digital data and prepare reports which monitor and measure the performance of digital campaigns.
