2-3 years of banking experience
Independent review of Grievance Management and employees s complaints. Responsible for handling the investigation cases related to major/ serious fraud or Ethical cases. Independent Grievance management , Disciplinary matrix/Record and high-level investigation – Shared with legal and Ops Risk Departments.
Official keeper of Disciplinary actions records with gravity, accountability, trends and analysis.
Ownership of a central domain of HR policies (amending, endorsing any legal and assessing any exceptions to those policies).
