Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
Utilize different sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information.
Develop and conduct orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and expectations.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employees skills and knowledge, fostering professional development.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by organizing team-building activities and events.
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting open communication channels.
Implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and achievements.
Compliance and Documentation: Stay up-to-date with federal and state employment laws, ensuring the company s hiring practices comply with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employee information, contracts, and other relevant documents.
Prepare and distribute employment-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and agreements.
