Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making
Monitor financial performance against budget and provide regular reports on key financial metrics
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations
Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives
