Job Description
- Design job ads for the required jobs and post them in the recruiting channels.
- Recruiting candidates for both urgent and planned vacant positions. (White and Blue collars)
- Prepare offers for selected candidates and letters of rejection for unsuccessful candidates.
- Creating and updating the organization chart.
- Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and more cordial working environment.
- Making job analysis and job description for all the company positions (White and Blue collars)
Job Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor in any related field
- Facility or service provider background
- Good Command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS. Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment
Nice to have
- Experience working with ERP Systems
- High presentation skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards
