Job Description
Administrate internal communications and support change management and employee engagement plans to align with RAYA’s culture and values.
Deal closely with all internal stakeholders to integrate employee communications content into overall company goals and messaging.
Develop key messages, all-employee communications such as internal announcement, Events, presentations and newsletters, briefing documents, ..etc. to reach and engage the teams.
Communicate with employees by responding their inquiries through several channels on time to ensure that they’re heard.
Publish internal and external communication channels, Publish videos and photography on all internal channels to enhance our employer branding
Prepare employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates to be well-known of our strengths & weak points
Manage new hire orientation and onboarding experiences for new employees to ensure company’s benefits & values are delivered.
Create and implement the learning and development plan to develop employees soft & technical skills
Ensure proper implementation of Performance Management System to monitor and recommend on enhancements of the Performance Management System.
Job Requirements
2-3 Years of Experience in HR Field
BA in any related field
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
