Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Commercial Analyst to be located in Cairo, Egypt.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Commercial Excellence team and internal stakeholders
  • Lead Territory, Customer, Sales team mapping
  • Review and test new features for Sales IQ and Reltio
  • Support on consolidation and data validations for Sales IQ and Reltio
  • Lead all workstreams for Commercial Excellence on EMEA level for KSA
  • Lead all internal trainings and change management with functions for go-live
  • Manage Cignon, Syniti, winshuttle and IRIS procedures for ComEx
  • Lead/Support all data and reports maintenance for One Force, Market and Business Intelligence, Sales Incentive
  • Lead/support key projects related to Business Intelligence
  • Lead/support One force analytics for ONE MD
  • Ensure ComEx SOPs are kept up to date
  • Generate and improve Scorecard and winning formula for SFE and provide outcome that can support relevant and strategic decision making to enhance field performance
  • Set the governance and framework for SFE KPI and generate traceability of the sales team competencies
  • Lead quarterly meetings to provide strategic transparency and capabilities to business and sales teams for SFE
  • Managing roll out of Digital capabilities on One force with respect to EMEA updates.
  • Leading the training for the Sales team for Leads & Opportunities to ensure understanding of E2E process for email campaigns and how the process flows into the sales funnel
  • Oversee the technical loads of Sales force for account mapping, segmentation, allocation and account mapping
  • Track and lead adoption for the one force tool and SFE KPIs
  • Lead and track privacy and consent collection and maintenance
  • Lead Hubble projects for One force Analytics and Sales Force
  • Ensure Commercial Excellence SOPs are kept up to date
  • Onboard any new team member or business unit below points must be finalized by the SFE Data
  • Lead Onboarding meeting - information session and discovery phase on understanding the team structure & account structure
  • Maintain and create any sales member license, territory structure and product allocation
  • Maintain and lead Account Segmentation, account tiering and NPI flag in One force tool
  • Setting and tracking Marketing & SFE KPI
  • Lead the rollout of new Sales IQ system with Sales team and drive analytics from Power BI dashboards
  • Supporting ComEx Lead with sales incentive scheme creation, payout & target setting consolidation and dissemination, guardrails the processes and fairness of the scheme to the company as well as to the employee
  • Supporting ComEx lead for gathering insights regarding macroeconomic quarterly updates with respect to business plan timelines as well as market intelligence data for share and size
  • Have close coordination and excellent relationship with business teams and IT where necessary to ensure that user requirements are successfully implemented
  • Support with sales incentive in terms of collecting data, communicating to leadership calculation scheme
  • Ensure that sales incentive is communicated accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications: Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Finance/ Economics/ Business, or CS (Analytical and problem solving capabilities are a must)
  • Excellence in MS office and PowerApps, specifically Excel and PowerBI
  • 3 or more years of work experience, preferably finance/ commercial analytics
  • Experience in Medical Device Industry or Pharma is a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to conceptualize issues, and synthesize data to provide actionable insights
