Job Description
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
Design and develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Conduct orientation/onboarding sessions for candidates.
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Collaborate with managers for annual manpower plan and plan cost estimate.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Job Requirements
Preferred have Background Experience in Fashion Retail Recruitment.
Females Only.
Experience 2-5 years in Recruitment.
Bachelors degree in HRM, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and other platforms like LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forsna, Github and Stack Overflow.
