Provides guidance and daily support to business account management and
Employees on human resources policies, procedures and activities, such as
Recruitment, Personnel, benefits, and resolves problems requiring HR management intervention.
* Handling Interviews Activities "Call, screening, filtration, short listed,
job offer, recruitment.
* Administer employee discipline processes.
* Review and update employee rules and regulations.
* Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
* Performs routine tasks required to manage and implement human resource
programs.
* Handles recruitment related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors.
Bachelors degree.
* (3: 5) years of experience recruitment & personnel in field
Preferred in (Service Providers Companies, Customer service or Telecom)
* Customer Oriented.
* Very good English and Communication Skills.
