• To review the Daily payments orders received from Tour Operators
• Pay Daily Needed Miscellaneous Expenses in scheduled Dates
• Assign Messengers To the intended Location or Recipient ..
• Ensure that all bank transactions are recorded & maintained in the system.
• Handle daily operations with banks (Cheques; LCs; LGs; Cash; Transfers; etc)
• Prepare Cash related weekly Reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial and group policies to maintain a good internal control system and operational processes for audit review.
• Assist in the closing of accounts during month end at company …..
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required
