Key Accountabilities:
Partners with the Talent Acquisition on the strategic workforce plan, including review of business plan, key workforce trends and implications and internal capacities
Manages the planning, execution and evaluation of in market Talent Development programs for driving continuous improvement
Facilitates and manages the Performance Development learning and application on HR systems
Plans, organizes and facilitates workshops and training sessions as required
Maintains and builds Talent Development platforms and ensure knowledge and learners data retention
Validates and completes approval cycles for in-market and above market job assignments and global/ area offerings and inclusion
Helps implements talent pipeline planning approaches to ensure robust succession plans, quality talent pools and early identification of key leadership pipeline gaps
Cultivates a culture of learning and continues to position AZ as House of Development
Partners with the Talent Acquisition on Social media employer branding and Provide guidance and support to early talent programs (for example support with annual workshops, induction events etc.)
Delivers activities to accelerate the development of our high potential employees
Contributes to building and maintaining Talent dashboards within the area you support and measuring return on investment
When required, supports your area with Talent & Development related projects
Supports the running of development weeks and the development element of Town Halls
Supports with the preparation of Talent Reviews and engagement plans
Analyzes, generates insights on Semi- annual employee pulse survey, partners with the Business and HR leads in driving continuous improvement plans
Reviews and proposes updates policies and guidelines for Talent Development, career progression, program designs and performance management as convenient
Cultivates Extra mile recognition culture, analyzes Recognition award, generates insights and development areas and manage in country recognition ceremonies and events in partnership with Internal communication and events team
Your Experience:
Have more than 5 Years of Strong track of Talent Development expertise in a multinational organization
Solid experience in training facilitation, advising and knowledge delivery across diverse career levels
Ability to analyze data, generate insights and develop impactful developmental interventions
Collaboration and influencing skills to create partnerships to implement change; consistently displays a readiness and willingness to share knowledge; is open to different perspectives and to building consensus
Believe in and champion our values and actively strive to build a culture of inclusion and diversity
Critical thinker, demonstrate flexibility and able to lead projects and cross-functional interventions
