Ensures proper manpower and activities are aligned to support whole Business plan.
Facilitates the recruitment & selection plans to ensure that the Bank resourcing needs is met.
Identifies the training needs with the collaboration of the sector heads based on business recommendations and ensure proper implementation
Partners in Organization redesign and developing banks charts
Manages the development of functional descriptions for each group, department, etc. and job descriptions for each of the jobs within the organization.
Oversees the implementation and communication of roles and responsibilities and ensure that all individuals are clear about their roles.
Implements appropriate HR practices and programs for the retention, motivation and advancement of employees at all levels.
Facilitates initiatives and experiences that support associate engagement and maximize organizational effectiveness
Leads associate engagement initiatives by Preparing executive summary materials from the regular associate survey process and leading associate engagement action planning team initiatives within support group
Identifies, drives the communication and sharing of HR best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
Provides guidance, supports and to management and staff regarding HR / Personnel issues.
Provides follow-up coaching on a consistent basis for performance and development plan reviews
Provides the proper guidance on performance appraisal process, Goals settings process and coaching to employees.
Ensures proper implementation of Performance Management System, Monitor and recommend on enhancements of the Performance Management System.
Oversees the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
Provides thought leadership and project support for various talent management initiatives and ad hoc projects, as needed, e.g. organization design, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, etc.
Creates and maintains relationship with the HR centres of excellence to ensure that agreed levels of effective service are delivered
