Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR department records, including employee files, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Required Skills &Abilities:

  • Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education & Experience

  • Required Education: Bachelors degree (BSc.)
  • 1-2 Years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
