Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR department records, including employee files, benefits, and attendance records.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Required Skills &Abilities:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education & Experience
- Required Education: Bachelors degree (BSc.)
- 1-2 Years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
