Respond to clients customers professionally and respond to customer inquiries
Search for the required information using available resources
Customers Customers related to product sales for customer service issues
Provide customers to enterprises and product information
Follow up with clients carefully when required
Comments on and updates reports on emergency reports in CRM
Obtaining and processing all relevant data and making inquiries
Record details of comments inquiries and complaints and take necessary actions
Management to communicate and coordinate with internal departments
